EMPLOYMENT LAW SERVICES
Negotiating employment law can be a minefield for employers. Our employment law services cover a wide variety of employer and employee issues including compliance with Wisconsin, Minnesota and federal employment laws, employer defense litigation, hiring, non-competes, consulting, separation agreements, drafting/review of company policies, employee handbooks, and position descriptions.
While we believe that every effort should be made to avoid costly litigation, we are experienced in handling and litigating large and small employment claims, at administrative levels, as well as in state and federal court.
Having represented many employees in discrimination, wage claims and other cases, Attorney Carol Skinner is particularly adept at defending such claims. First and foremost a counselor, Attorney Skinner advises employers with an eye to avoiding lawsuits through good decision making which protects employee’s rights while allowing employers to run a successful business.
